Office Containers

Office-containers are universal mobile constructions. We propose several typically structured containers providing various kinds of internal and external trimming, depending on desirable prospect of use. Some modifications of the base-structure of the container such as adjustment of the windows and/or door arrangement, are free of charge. In case of necessity containers can be additionall equipped with the sanitary equipment, as well as the electrical and heating gears. Thereby, in addition to never-changing high quality of the product, one can easily reach the optimal balance of the price to desirable comfort condition. For complete client’s satisfaction we are able to produce containers according to one’s own exclusive technical description or project outline. The outline must contain the scratch of the module, the description of the external and internal trimming, as well as the scheme of the desirable location of the electrical equipment together with the description of the content and desirable locations of the sanitary and heating gears, if needed.

The block-containers have been made to reflect on the needs of the main product’s consumers, such as construction and building companies, oil and gas producing companies.
The component buildings, made on the basis of the block-containers are cheap, mobile, and very straightforward to construct.
The component buildings can be one-, or two-floor constructions. The maximal height of one floor is restricted by the transportation rules; it is usually 2.5m, and as wide as 2.5 - 3 m. The overall sizes of the container can vary widely, within the limits of the blockcontainers. The length of the block-container is from 6m to 9m.

Carcass and wooden lathing
The basic building structure of a block-container is a welding metallic carcass. Upper and lower wraps are made of a metallic швеллер, the corner stanchion - of a metallic corner.
The carcass of the block-container is commonly is carried out from the arced channel #14 and arced уголка 90 х 90 х 4 mm. In manufacture of the block-containers with the strengthened design are used горячекатаный a channel ¹ 14 горячекатаный a corner 100 х 100 х 8 mm.
The wooden lathing holds double implication: firstly, it strengthens the carcass structure, and secondly, it fastens the outside lagging and inside trimming.

Roothing
The roofing is made of 2mm wide leaf-type iron blocks, painted with enamel.

Walls
Design of walls is multilayered.
External layer – crape or zinc layer or a layer with a color polymeric covering.
Warming layer (Layer of a heater) – mineral cotton wool URSA, which fills all voids formed by a wooden lathing;
Layer of a polyethylene film or pergamin for protection against a wind and an atmospheric moisture, and also for reduction of теплоотдачи. The trimming materials are tied from the inside directly to the wooden lathing.

Trimming of walls and ceiling
As a trimming material in the base version are used such materials as woodfibrous plate or wooden coniferous вагонка. In coordination with the customer there can be employed other finishing materials, such as ЦСП plates, ДВПО in various colors and structure (or gradient), laminated ДВП, MDF panels, a plastic siding.

Floor
Draft floor made of unpolished (from not edging) board of 20 mm wide, sitting on logs from an unpolished (?) bar 100 х 100 mm. It is warmed by mineral cotton wool URSA.
Fair floor made of the шпунтованной board 26 - 28 mm. In coordination with the customer can be covered by linoleum.

Internal partitions Doors
Internal partitions of a block-container are constructed on a wooden skeleton from a bar 40 х 100, warmed by mineral cotton wool.

Doors
Inside doors – wooden, carcass based,
warmed by mineral cotton wool are trimmed by вагонкa. The entrance door – based on a wooden carcass, warmed, upholstered by the zinced iron from outside. Has a door-lock. As an alternative, the metal door from a steel leaf of 2 mm can be established with a door-lock and the handle-latch.

Windows
In the base variant there are double wooden window blocks - 120 х 90 mm. The windows are either glazed or plastic. Iron lattices or metal ставни on windows are established.

The maximal height of the block-container is limited to two and a half meters, as
its excess creates serious difficulties for auto transportation.

MDF Panels
Panels MDF - a material similar to a wood-fibrous plate. In manufacture of MDF wall panels there are no harmful substances used, such as phenol and epoksid pitches. Walls trimmed with МДФ are simple to look after – it is enough from time to time to wipe them with a damp napkin. The MDF trimmed block-containers are insulated and have attractive exterior.

Siding
Siding - a nontoxical, nonflammable material is also resistant to external influence. The siding eventually does not change in color, its (service life) makes about 50 years. It is suitable for exploitation in a severe environmental conditions for it maintains temperature range from -50 C° up to +50 C°. All these advantages prove siding to be one of the optimum materials for internal furnish of the block-containers.
